Product Limited Warranties
What’s your product warranties?
Kitchen and Bath Central warrants cabinetry to be free of defects in the material and workmanship under a Limited One Year Warranty. We warrant to the original consumer purchaser of our products that, for the term of the Warranty, our products will be free from defects of workmanship under normal household use and service at the original site of installations. This Warranty is only applicable to our products used in residential applications and is not for commercial uses and/or outdoor use. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part of parts of our products which may prove to be defective under normal home use and service within the warranty periods, and which our examination will determine to our satisfaction if it is defective.
How soon can I pick up your products in-store?
Many of our items can be picked up in-store on the same day, but there are instances that would require customers to schedule a pick-up for a future date. Some instances include, but are not limited to: Assembly, Product Shortages, Backorder or Showroom Hours of Operation. Our Friendly staff at Kitchen and Bath Central would be happy to assist you with any questions regarding availability and pick-up scheduling.
Orders containing items that are out-of-stock at our Showroom are transferred internally to our local warehouse. Generally, this process takes 10-15 business days to complete. However, any estimated time of arrival provided for out-of-stock item(s), including back-ordered items, should not be considered a precise date of arrival.
Items approved for pick-up will be listed on the paperwork provided by Kitchen and Bath Central. Before signing the paperwork, please confirm that you have received all listed items. If anything is missing, please let a Kitchen and Bath Central associate know so it can be located or notated on the paperwork and scheduled for pick-up at a later date. Please note that Kitchen and Bath Central will not accept responsibility or liability for missing items that have been signed for, indicating they have been received by the customer or customer’s representative.
What if the product is damaged or incorrect?
Manufacturer defects are covered under our Limited One Year Warranty.
Merchandise that was assembled prior to in-store pick-up should be inspected prior to signing for the item(s). Once the customer, or representative of the customer, leaves with assembled merchandise, Kitchen and Bath Central can no longer be held accountable for damages that may occur in transport or installation.
You will have one business day from the date of the pick-up or delivery to report any damage to the received products. Please note that we will not accept responsibility or liability for damaged items that are not reported within one business day from the date of pick-up or delivery.
If a delivery includes cabinets that are different from your original order, we will be happy to make things right by sending out the correct cabinet, but we are not responsible for cabinets that were incorrectly ordered by the customer.
We will accept exchanges in-store only of new, unopened, un-assembled merchandise for 100% of the original purchase price credit towards a cabinet of the correct size within 10 days of purchase, with your original proof of purchase. Assembled, locally warehoused cabinetry is eligible for a store credit of 70% of the purchase price with a 30% restocking fee applied. Trim pieces (this includes all types of molding, toe-kick, plywood panels, etc.) that have been modified, customized, or previously installed are not eligible for return. “Final Sale” and “Special Order” items are not eligible for refunds.
